Shania brings a strong background in administration and property management to her role at ALA Partners. With experience supporting clients and managing day-to-day operations, she enjoys helping others, taking on new challenges, and contributing to a supportive team.

Outside of work, Shania enjoys spending time with her partner, family and friends, and her beloved German Shepherd, Barkley. During the summer months, you’ll often find Shania out waterskiing and enjoying the warmer weather.
